Summers are jam-packed with fun events and vacations, so if you want something else to add to your schedule, look no further. Here are a few concerts you should not miss this summer if you want to set up the perfect concert schedule.

Leith Ross

Leith Ross is a singer-songwriter based in Ottawa, CA. They are most known for their song, “We’ll Never Have Sex.” After becoming a well-loved, queer songwriter, Leith will go on their first tour this summer. With folk influences and a dynamic catalog of music, the show will certainly prove to be breathtaking.

The tour follows the release of their sophomore album, “To Learn,” out May 19th. Leith has currently released four tracks off the album, including my favorites, “Orlando” and “(You) On My Arm.”

Annie Dirusso

The dynamite, indie rockstar Annie Dirusso will go on tour this summer with opener Hannah Cole. Annie Dirusso, a Nashville indie-rock artist, recently released her EP, “God I Hate This Place.” The EP serves as a perfect blend of Dirusso’s stellar writing skills and upbeat production.

As an energetic performer with a band that matches her energy, it is sure to be a fun and unforgettable performance.

Catie Turner

Nothing compares to the vulnerable pop lyrics of Catie Turner. Catie Turner started on American Idol and continued to grow into a genuine pop star. With songs such as “Nothing” and “Hyperfixations,” Turner lays all of her insecurities on the table and relates to her audience flawlessly.

Catie Turner is slated to release more music ahead of her tour but is truly set to give a fun and serotonin-filled performance.

Ruel

Ruel is an Australian pop singer who started making music when he was only 15. Rising to stardom with his song, “Painkiller,” Ruel is certainly someone who continues to shine in the pop world. As a young singer, he is able to continue to grow and shine in collaborations with artists such as Omar Apollo and GRACEY.

Ruel recently released his debut album, 4th Wall, which follows successful releases of “LET THE GRASS GROW” and “GROWING UP IS ____.”

Blondshell

Blondshell has recently released a self-titled album following the success of singles including the debut release “Olympus.” The singer creates music that fights societal expectations that were taught to her at a young age.

Sabrina is able to create an intimate and thoughtful performance to present music that is truly written to perfection. As this is her first headline tour, this is sure to be a performance you do not want to miss.

Wallice

Wallice is an artist that continues to rise in the indie space. She is set to release her new EP, Mr. Big Shot, to accompany her headline world tour. Her incredible range and diverse style are able to appeal to a range of audiences and opens up an exciting show run.

If you are looking to head to this tour, make sure to check out some of her hits including, “23”, “Off The Rails” and “23.”

backseat lovers

The Backseat Lovers is an alternative band from Utah comprising of Joshua Harmon, Jonas Swanson, Juice Welch, and KJ Ward. Known for their popular song, “Kilby Girl,” the band creates an addicting energy and sound that makes their performances ones not miss.

With the release of their album, Waiting to Spill, they will head on tour starting in April through June. From theaters to amphitheaters, the band is sure to bring the ideal indie-rock flair to every venue.

lyn lapid

Lyn Lapid, a blossoming cover artist turned indie-pop phenomenon, is set to headline her first US tour. As a cover artist, she was able to share her covers on Youtube and TikTok to finally release her first EP, The Outsider. With songs such as “In My Mind” and “Producer Man” skyrocketing to indie pop fame, she is sure to have a tour with a fun and energetic atmosphere.

With hopes of a future project, this tour is sure to showcase some of Lyn’s upcoming releases and hopefully future album.
